Practice Point: LovingKindness Meditation

As Christmas approaches and COVID restrictions in NSW ease, our thoughts turn towards gatherings with family and friends. For some this is a special time filled with warmth and joy; for some a time of isolation and sadness, and for others the whole gambit of emotions in between. At this time of year, try this metta (or LovingKindness) meditation, a traditional Buddhist practice, to help develop positive feelings and connections to yourself and to all beings.
