Seniors / low impact exercise class
Classes comprise standing and chair-based exercises and yoga practices designed to relax and rejuvenate, improve mobility and balance, and build strength.
Note: I am one of three teachers with differing styles currently teaching in blocks of 2-3 Saturdays at the Epping Club. I don't teach every Saturday.
