Chair-based & Seniors

Experience yoga without ever leaving your chair!

The chair-based classes comprise standing and seated practices designed to relax and rejuvenate, improve mobility and balance, and build strength. The entire class can be done seated in a chair; standing postures and movements are optional. Other equipment such as resistance bands are also offered for use.

Although popular with Seniors, chair-based yoga can be practised by individuals of all ages, physical abilities and yoga experience. This class is particularly beneficial if you are recovering from an injury, living with mobility limitations, or simply uncomfortable coming down onto the floor.

Embrace the support of a chair as you embark on a journey of well-being and self-care.
