Changes to booking system:
Recent changes to the booking system have streamlined processes and created consistency in labelling between the mobile and Web applications, and within the different processes. Therefore, the videos show older screens and there are slight differences in the processes.
The major changes in the system are:
- You require an account to wish to view your upcoming bookings and see the status of your pass in the app
- To redeem a class against your pass, you need the pass code. You can no longer use your email address.
The booking system can be accessed through a mobile app.
