Booking a class or event

How to book a class or event using the mobile Scheduling app.

 
  1. Open the Scheduling app.

    The last screen you accessed is displayed.

  2. Press the building icon in the menu at the bottom of the screen.

    The Businesses screen is displayed.

  3. Press LaiLin Yoga in the list of businesses.

    The LaiLin Yoga booking screen is displayed with "Choose Appointment" marked in the progress bar.

  4. Scroll down to the list of class categories, for example, "Book in-person group classes".
  5. Press Select next to the category of the class or event you wish to book.

    The available classes for the category are displayed.

  6. Press Book next to the class or event you wish to book.

    If the class is offered at more than one venue, the venues are displayed.

    Otherwise, a calendar showing the dates of available classes are displayed.

  7. If you wish to book more than one spot, scroll to the Quantity field and update the value.
  8. If the venues are displayed, press Select next to the venue of the class you wish to attend.

  9. In the calendar, press the date of the class you wish to attend.

    The times the class is run on that date are displayed below the calendar.

  10. Press the time of the class you wish to attend.

    A pop-up menu is displayed.

  11. Press Select and continue.

    A form is displayed and "Your Info" is marked in the progress bar.

  12. Complete the form.

    Required fields are indicated by an asterisk (*).

  13. If you wish to redeem a pass or voucher:
    1. Press Redeem Coupon, Package, or Gift Certificate.

      The Code or Email field is displayed.

    2. Enter the code for your pass or voucher, or the email that you used to purchase the pass or voucher
    3. Press Apply.

  14. If there is no payment due, a Complete Appointment button is displayed.

    Otherwise, the Pay Now and Pay Later buttons are displayed.

    Do one of the following:

    • Press Complete Appointment.
    • Press Pay Now to pay online with your credit or debit card.

      A secure payment window is displayed.

      Enter your payment details, and then press Pay and Confirm.

    • Press Pay Later if you wish to pay by cash or bank transfer, or pay when you attend the class.

    Details of the booking are displayed and "Confirmation" is marked in the progress bar.

    A confirmation email is also sent to your InBox.

  15. Press Done.

    The Appointments screen is displayed with your booking listed.
