  • Explore different yoga practices—mindful movements and postures, breathing techniques, relaxation or meditation practices— and find what works for you. Work from a mat or a chair, choose what practices you want to do and how you do them.

  • Don’t feel comfortable coming down onto the floor? Enjoy a class where all movements and postures are performed seated on a chair. There are options to use resistance bands or hand weights, or to stand for some practices.

  • Need a bit of calm and stillness? Try an online yoga nidra session or practise doing nothing in a Restorative Yoga session.

  • Do you prefer to practise with others or in the privacy of your own home? Classes are offered in-person and online using the Zoom application.

  • Can't find a group class at a time that suits you? Try a private class either in-person at your home or online via Zoom.
