Yoga for every body and every budget!
As the seasons shift, autumn invites us to embrace change, let go and turn inward—just as the trees release their leaves and prepare for Winter. This time of transition is an opportunity to ground ourselves, find stability, and stoke our inner fire to sustain us through the colder months ahead.
Join me for a Community Yoga class designed to help you move gently, breathe deeply, and release what no longer serves you.
The class includes gentle movements and postures, breathwork, and a relaxation or meditation practice. You can practise on the floor, in a chair, or a mixture of both. The pace of the class is slow, with variations offered for all participants.
It’s a perfect opportunity to trial a yoga class or explore a different style!😊
