Chocolate Cranberry and Apricot Bliss Balls
Little balls of bliss!
There are tons of recipes for bliss balls on the Web. They’re quick and easy to make, and are perfect for snacks and gifts. I like to use ground nuts or oats as a base, and then add different fruits for flavours.
In Christmas goodies, I like to use cranberries and apricots for colour and flavour. Add some chocolate and coconut, and voila - a fairly healthy little ball of festive cheer.
