Join me for a special school holiday yoga class on Friday 19 April.
I’m covering this class for Morag (from BeingMore Yoga) and Morag has kindly let me open the class to the LaiLin Yoga community.
Enjoy gentle movements and postures (asana), breathwork (pranayama), and relaxation and meditation practices to promote overall well-being and balance. The session is designed to make yoga welcoming and inclusive for individuals of all abilities and backgrounds. Options are provided to let you explore the practices and find what works for you. You can practise on a mat or on a chair, choose what practices you want to do, and choose how to do them.

The class is in the hall behind the church. Walk down the path on the right side of the building or the drive on the left.
Parking is available at Beecroft Place in Hannah Street and Beecroft Village in Wongala Crescent.
There is limited parking behind the hall that can be accessed via Uniting Copeland Gardens in Copeland Road.

- Something light to cover yourself or wrap around your shoulders during relaxation and meditation.
