A Fresh Start for Your Body & Mind
It’s Spring! As the world blossoms with new life, join me for an all-abilities, pay-what-you-wish, community yoga class and start or refresh your yoga journey.
The Spring sessions will focus on practices to renew and energise, creating a sense of openness in the body, mind, and emotions.
The class comprises gentle movements and postures, breathwork, and a relaxation or meditation practice. You can choose to practise on the floor, in a chair, or a mixture of both. To ensure that variations are provided for all participants, the pace of the class can be slow.
You also decide how much you would like to pay for the class: a small or large amount, or nothing at all.
It’s a perfect opportunity to trial a yoga class or trial a different style!😊

- Pay what you wish.
A suggested amount is $5-10 for 30 minutes but payment is optional. A cash box will be placed by the door for anonymous payments. - Bookings:

Priority is given to those who have booked. Walk-ins will be accommodated if there is space available. - What to bring:
- A yoga mat or towel if you wish to practise on the floor
- Something light to cover yourself or wrap around your shoulders during relaxation and meditation.
