Feeling a little sluggish after the Christmas festivities?
Today's session is all about stimulating the digestive and elimination systems to alleviate that feeling of 'fullness'. The session comprises poses that stimulate the digestive and elimination systems and include side bends, twists and potentially strong abdominal poses.

- Back problems including sciatica and osteoporosis of the spine
- Knee and shoulder problems
- Abdominal problems
- Neck problems
- High blood pressure, low blood pressure and vertigo
