Community Yoga Class

  • LaiLin Yoga 40 Victoria Street Epping, NSW, 2121 Australia (map)

Yoga for every body, every season, every budget

As the season begins to shift, this class focuses on releasing what we no longer need and finding a sense of steadiness within.

Autumn is a time of transition—of letting go, slowing down, and turning out attention inward. In this class, we’ll explore simple, practical ways to support that process through gentle movement, breathing practices, and rest.

The approach is slow and accessible, with options to practise on a chair, on the mat, or a combination of both. You’re encouraged to move in a way that feels right for your body on the day.

These community classes are designed to be welcoming and inclusive—whether you’re returning to practice, trying yoga for the first time, or simply looking for a quieter space to pause and reset.
