Private classes and personal yoga plans

Can't make it to a general class? What about a private class at a time and a venue that suits you?

Private classes are delivered in person or via video conferencing.

Alternatively, LaiLin Yoga also offers a personal practice package to develop an 8-week plan that you can follow in your own time and at your own pace.

Private classes delivered in person

In-person classes are available for individuals or for groups of up to four people.

The classes are hatha yoga classes that incorporate poses (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama) and relaxation practices. They are suitable for all levels of yoga experience.

Prerequisites

Before booking a private class, ensure that your chosen venue has enough space for students and the instructor to lay down mats and stretch out to each side.

Booking a class

When booking a class, consider:

  • A relaxation class where focus is placed on yoga practices that help you destress and unwind.

Private classes delivered via video conferencing

Video conference classes are only available for individuals. This allows the yoga instructor to effectively monitor a student's practice.

The classes are hatha yoga classes that incorporate poses (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama) and relaxation practices. They are suitable for all levels of yoga experience.
