Restorative Yoga is a style that promotes deep relaxation by supporting and cushioning the body, and providing time to slow down and rest. And with deep relaxation come physical benefits like reduced blood pressure, better sleep and emotional benefits like calmness of mind.

The first 15 minutes will be to complete any administrative tasks and to allow everyone to settle and get comfortable before we start.

- Important: Most Restorative Yoga poses are performed sitting or lying on the floor.
Restorative Yoga is suitable for everyone who feels comfortable working on the floor, and no matter what their yoga experience.
This workshop is for those who are:
- Busy and/or stressed
- Needing to slow down and rest
- Interested in experiencing a passive style of yoga (in contrast to active styles)
- New to yoga and meditation
Cancellations: If you are unable to attend the workshop you can arrange for someone else to attend in your place. Otherwise, cancellations a week or less prior to the start date incur a 50% cancellation fee.
