Come to the mat as you are and learn how to make yoga work for you!
Everybody is unique and every body is unique.
Asana or poses are what many people associate as yoga and doing yoga is about moving their bodies into those shapes. Yet yoga is so much more!
Asana isn’t about contorting our bodies to achieve particular shapes but moving into poses that feel good. And that will be unique to you.
And the physical poses are only one part of yoga. Yoga is a smorgasbord of practices from which we can choose and adapt to meet our own needs.
In these classes:
Experience different yoga practices including asana, pranayama (breathing techniques) and relaxation and meditation techniques
Explore ways to adapt these practices for your needs or use alternative practices that better suit your needs
Develop a deeper connection to your body and mind
