Public group classes

Seniors / low impact exercise class

Classes comprise standing and chair-based exercises and yoga practices designed to relax and rejuvenate, improve mobility and balance, and build strength.

Note: I am one of three teachers with differing styles currently teaching in blocks of 2-3 Saturdays at the Epping Club. I don't teach every Saturday.

General yoga classes

A more traditional yoga class that incorporate poses (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama) and relaxation. The classes are suitable for all levels of yoga experience - practices are modified for individual capabilities.

Note: I am one of three teachers with differing styles currently teaching in blocks of 2-3 Saturdays at the Epping Club. I don't teach every Saturday. My Saturday classes focus mainly on asana and end with a short 5-10 minute relaxation.

Relaxation classes

Free weekly guided relaxation/meditation

Guided relaxation and meditation practices help to clear the mind by focusing your attention. Enjoy a 20-25 minute relaxation and/or meditation session and experience benefits such as reduced stress, improved focus and self-awareness, and a sense of calmness.

Because different practices suit different people, a practice is introduced every fortnight. View schedule of practices

Twice-monthly yoga relaxation class

Note: Due to limited space, bookings are required. Please contact LaiLin Yoga to verify that space is available.

Classes comprise gentle stretches and movements to ease physical tensions and soothe the mind, followed by 25-30 minutes of the deep relaxation practice of yoga nidra.

Generally the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month, 6:00pm-7:00pm and 7:30-8:30pm.

Yoga and Meditation
