About the booking tool

This booking tool lets you reserve a spot in the following general group classes:

You can also use this tool to book private classes in your home or spots at LaiLin Yoga events (other than Macquarie Community College events).

Definitions

The booking tool is provided by nabooki. In customising the tool for LaiLin Yoga, the following terms are used.

booking
When making a new booking, booking refers to the class and/or pass you want to purchase, for example, "Seniors / Low Impact Exercise - Single Pass" or "Private class - 4 class package".

Once a booking is made, booking refers to the sessions, the individual classes.

class category
The following categories have been used for the ‘bookings’:
  • For New Students

    Special introductory offers for new students

  • Group Yoga Classes
  • Private Classes at Your Home or Location
  • Workshops, Retreats & Events
session
The date and time of the class you wish to attend.

If you booked a pass for a number of classes, there'll be a number of sessions related to your booking.

Making a new booking

Making a new booking involves selecting the class and pass you want to purchase and reserving your spot in at least one session.

  1. Click the venue where the class is held: Epping Community Centre, Epping Leisure & Learning Centre, or All other venues. For an All-Classes pass, this is the venue of the first class you wish to attend.

    The categories of classes held at the venue are displayed.

  2. Click the class category: Group yoga classes; Private classes; Workshops, retreats & events; or new student offers.

    The different classes and associated passes are displayed.

  3. Click the Select button next to the class and/or pass you plan to purchase.

    A drop-down list is displayed where you can enter the number of people for whom you are purchasing passes.

    Important: If you are making one booking to purchase passes for a number of people, you might have to book the same first class for everyone and the expiry date of the passes will be the same.

    If the people for whom you're purchasing passes want to start on different days, you'll need to make a new booking for each person.

    (Nabooki are currently investigating an inconsistency where some passes let you choose different venues and times for each person whereas other passes require you to initially choose the same venue and time for all people.)

  4. Click Check Availability.

    The available sessions for your selected venue (that is, class dates and times) are displayed.

  5. Select the date and time of the class you wish to attend.
  6. If your pass is for multiple sessions, click Add Session.

    If you want to book another session, select the date and time of the next session and then click Add Session.

    Tip! If you're booking passes for more than one person and there are no options to choose which venue and time is related to which person, only book the sessions that you expect everyone to attend. After the initial booking you'll be able to book different sessions for different people using the link in the confirmation email.

    Notes:

    • You don't have to book all the sessions when you purchase the pass. You can book additional sessions by managing your booking.
    • If you want to book a class at another venue, book the sessions at your selected venue and then manage your booking through the link in your confirmation email.
  7. Click Book now.

    The Instant Booking form is displayed.

  8. Enter your contact details.

    If you're booking for more than one person:

    1. Selet Next.
    2. Enter the details for the second person.
    3. Select the Send email confirmation check box, if you wish an email to be sent to this person.
    4. For each subsequent person, continue selecting Next, entering the person's details and, optionally, selecting to send the person a confirmation email.
  9. Click Confirm.

    The confirmation screen is displayed and an email is sent to the first person listed and the other people who have been selected to receive a confirmation email.

    Important: Keep your confirmation email until you've completed all sessions you booked. There are links in the email that let you add sessions to your calendar and manage your booking.

Which class or pass do you wish to book?

Note: You can only book LaiLin Yoga-managed classes and events through this booking tool. Contact Level One Fitness regarding classes at the Epping Club and Macquarie Community College regarding yoga courses at the college.

Managing your bookings

Managing a booking involves changing or cancelling individual sessions or adding new sessions for passes that let you attend more than one class.

To manage your bookings:

  1. Do one of the following:
    • Select the Manage booking link in the email for the session you want to change or cancel
    • Select the Manage booking tab on the booking tool and enter your email address or the booking ID of the session you want to change or cancel

      The booking ID is listed in your confirmation email.

  2. Select Cancel Booking, Change Booking, or + New Session (if available).

Changing your booking/session

Changing a booking involves changing the venue and/or date and time of a booked session.

  1. Manage your booking by selecting the link for the session in your confirmation email or by entering your email address or booking ID through the Manage Booking tab on the booking tool.
  2. When the booking details are displayed, select Change Booking.

    The available class dates and times are displayed.

  3. Select the venue (if your pass lets you attend classes at different venues).
  4. Select the date and time of the class, and then select Book now.

    Your contact details are displayed.

  5. Update contact details if needed, and then click Confirm.

    The confirmation screen is displayed and a confirmation email is sent.

Adding a session

Adding a session involves reserving a place in another class.

Note: Adding a session is different from making a new booking. A new booking involves choosing a new pass.

  1. Select the Book another session link in your email, or Manage your booking by entering your email address or booking ID through the Manage Booking tab on the booking tool and when the booking details are displayed, select + New Session.

    The available class dates and times are displayed.

  2. Select the venue (if your pass lets you attend classes at different venues).
  3. Select the number of people you're booking the class for (ir your original booking was for more than one person).
  4. Select the date and time of the class, and then select Add Session.

    If you want to book another session, select the venue, date and time of the next session, and then click Add Session.

  5. Click Book Now.

    The contact details for the people for whom the booking applies are displayed.

  6. If your original booking was for more than one person but the new session booking is for only some of the people, use Next to move between the people's details and click Remove this person to remove the people for whom the session does not apply.
  7. Update contact details if required, and then click Confirm.

    The confirmation screen is displayed and a confirmation email is sent to the relevant people.

Cancelling a booking/session

Cancelling a booking involves cancelling the booking for a session. If the session was booked for more than one person, the booking is cancelled for everyone.

  1. Manage your booking by selecting the link for the session in your confirmation email or by entering your email address or booking ID through the Manage Booking tab on the booking tool.
  2. When the booking details are displayed, select Cancel Booking.

    A confirmation screen is displayed.

  3. Enter the reason for cancellation, and then click Yes.

    A confirmation message is displayed and an email is sent.

    Note: Nabooki is currently investigating a problem with the View Next Booking link. If you wish to view all your bookings, use the To view all of your bookings, click here link in your booking confirmation emails.

Viewing a list of your bookings

In the email confirming your sessions:

  1. Click the To view all of your bookings, click here link.

    A list and history of all bookings are displayed. Confirmed bookings can be changed or cancelled.

    If your web session has expired, follow the instructions on the screen and in the email to display the bookings.

  2. Click Manage your booking beside the session you wish to cancel or change.

    The details of the booking are displayed.

  3. Change the booking or cancel the booking as described above.
